Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet - 14.1 oz
- Carrot - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Soy Sauce - 1 fl oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice - 1 tablespoon
- Allspice berries - 6 pieces
- Fish Oil - 2 teaspoons
- Herbs - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Rinse the catfish fillet under running water, dry it with a paper towel, place it in a baking dish, season with salt to taste, and sprinkle with fish seasoning.
Step 3
Add soy sauce to the dish with the fish.
Step 4
Brush the fish with soy sauce on both sides.
Step 5
Peel the onion, rinse well, and cut into large strips.
Step 6
Squeeze 1 tablespoon of lemon juice from the lemon and add it to the chopped onion.
Step 7
Season the onion with salt to taste. Mix everything well.
Step 8
Place the onion in the dish under the fish and on top of the fish.
Step 9
Peel the carrot, rinse, cut into strips, and place it in the dish with the fish, adding 6 allspice berries.
Step 10
Cover the dish with a lid or foil and let it marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature.
Step 11
Bake the catfish fillet in a preheated oven at 356°F for about 30–40 minutes. Serve hot, warm, or cold. Optionally, add herbs to taste when serving.
