  • Dry White Wine - 4 fl oz
  • Cauliflower - 2 lbs
  • Cheese Spread - 3.5 oz
  • Breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
  • Bacon - 3.5 oz
  • Dill - 0.7 oz
  • Parsley - 0.7 oz
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Clean the cauliflower, break it into florets, and rinse. Place it in a pan, season with salt, and pour in the wine. Bake in the oven.

Step 2

Prepare the white sauce.

Step 3

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, add the breadcrumbs and finely chopped bacon, and mix everything together. Sprinkle this mixture over the cauliflower and bake in the oven until the cheese melts.

Step 4

Garnish the finished cauliflower with parsley and dill.
