Ingredients

  • Quail Egg - 8 pieces
  • Cinnamon - a pinch
  • Vanilla salt - a pinch
  • Butter - 5 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Muscovado Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 2 lbs
  • Raspberry leaves - 7.1 oz
  • Water - 7 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar - a pinch

Crack the eggs into a bowl, add cinnamon and vanilla.

Melt the butter.

Add 100 g of white sugar to the melted butter and mix well.

Add coconut sugar to the eggs and mix thoroughly.

Dissolve the baking soda. Combine the eggs and butter, add the dissolved soda, and mix well.

Combine the resulting mixture with cottage cheese and stir.

Shape the cottage cheese mixture into pancakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Place in a preheated oven at 392°F.
