Description
This dish uses chicken breast, but you can easily substitute it with turkey (or any meat of your choice). The quantities of the other ingredients can also be increased or decreased to your taste. It pairs well with balsamic sauce. Enjoy your meal!
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 4 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Potato - 1 piece
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8 pieces
- Homemade Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 3 fl oz
- Garlic - 1 head
- Water - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the required amount of ingredients.
Step 2
Wash and dry the fillet, cut it lengthwise and open it up.
Step 3
Place the fillet in a baking dish.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 5
Spread the sliced onion over the chicken fillet.
Step 6
Place a piece of homemade cheese on top of each breast.
Step 7
Slice the tomato into rings.
Step 8
Place a ring of tomato on top of the cheese.

Sprinkle everything with chicken seasoning.

Add salt.

Prepare the mushrooms.

Place the mushrooms stem side up in the free spaces in the dish, pouring a little vegetable oil (about a teaspoon) into each mushroom, and drizzle the entire dish with some oil.

Peel the garlic and cut the cloves in half lengthwise.

Insert the garlic halves into the caps of the mushrooms.

Carefully pour water into the dish to prevent burning.

Bake at 356°F for about 45 minutes (you can check readiness by simply tasting the chicken).
