Ingredients
- Chicken Drumstick - 7 pieces
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Worcestershire Sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 tablespoon
- Grated Ginger Root - 1 tablespoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - 1 teaspoon
- Red Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Balsamic Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ramiro Pepper - 5.3 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Hard Cheese - 3.5 oz
- Marinated cherries - 17 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the onion and peppers coarsely.
Step 2
Transfer to a deep bowl and add oil.
Step 3
Dress with balsamic vinegar and mix.
Step 4
In a deep bowl, combine mustard, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.

Add spices and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
Place the drumsticks and vegetables in a baking dish.
Step 7
Add cherry tomatoes and coarsely chopped chanterelles.
Step 8
Pour the resulting sauce over the top.

Mix well and add slices of cheese on top.

Cover with foil and place in a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 11
After 25 minutes, remove the foil and increase the temperature to 392°F.

After 10 minutes, the dish is ready. Transfer to a plate and serve.
