- Chicken Drumstick - 6 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Table Mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Herbes de Provence - a pinch

Step 1
Season the chicken drumsticks with salt and pepper, coat them with a mixture of mustard and sour cream, and let them marinate for half an hour.
Step 2
Dice the potatoes, transfer them to salted boiling water, and cook for about 15 minutes after boiling.
Step 3
Add the Herbes de Provence, a little vegetable oil, and garlic. Mix everything together, then transfer to a baking dish. Place the drumsticks on top of the potatoes.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 356°F (about 350 degrees Fahrenheit) and bake for 40-50 minutes. Brush the drumsticks with vegetable oil 10 minutes before the end of cooking.
