Baked Chicken Fillet with Vegetables
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Young zucchini - 7.1 oz
- Eggplants - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
- Bay leaf - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet well under running water. Cut into large cubes.
Step 2
Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a baking dish. Transfer the cut chicken fillet into the dish.
Step 3
In a separate container, mix the ground paprika and dried ground garlic. Add mixed ground peppers and salt to taste.
Step 4
Mix all ingredients well with sour cream.
Step 5
Spread the sour cream mixture over the chopped chicken fillet in the dish.
Step 6
Stir the chicken fillet with the sour cream. Place 2 bay leaves into the dish with the chicken fillet.
Step 7
Peel the onion, rinse well under running water, cut into large strips, and place in the dish with the chicken fillet.
Step 8
Remove seeds and stems from the red bell pepper, rinse well under running water. Cut into large strips or cubes and add to the dish with the chicken fillet and onion.
Step 9
Rinse the young zucchini well under running water, cut into large strips, and add to the dish with the chicken fillet and vegetables.
Step 10
Peel the eggplant, rinse under running water, cut into large strips, and add to the dish with the fillet and chopped vegetables.
Step 11
Rinse the tomatoes well, trim off any excess, cut into large strips or slices, and add to the dish with the chicken fillet and chopped vegetables. Optionally, season the vegetables with salt to taste.
Step 12
Bake in the oven uncovered for about 40 minutes at 356°F until the fillet and vegetables are cooked.
