Baked Chicken Fillet with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet - 2 lbs
  • Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Orange Bell Peppers - 3.5 oz
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Young zucchini - 7.1 oz
  • Eggplants - 7.1 oz
  • Tomatoes - 5.3 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
  • Mixed Ground Peppers - to taste
  • Bay leaf - 2 pieces

Rinse the chicken fillet well under running water. Cut into large cubes.

Pour 50 ml of vegetable oil into a baking dish. Transfer the cut chicken fillet into the dish.

In a separate container, mix the ground paprika and dried ground garlic. Add mixed ground peppers and salt to taste.
