- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Orange Bell Peppers - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 4 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Crush the garlic onto the chicken fillets. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside for a few minutes. Slice the pickles, tomatoes, and bell pepper into rings. Chop the onion coarsely. Slice the large champignon mushrooms. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F (356 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil and layer the ingredients: onion, chicken breasts, pickles, carrots, tomatoes, bell pepper, and champignon mushrooms. Sprinkle everything with cheese, drizzle with mayonnaise, and place in the oven. Bake at 356°F for 30 minutes, then increase the heat and bake at 446°F (446 degrees Fahrenheit) for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat again and let it simmer for another 10–15 minutes.
