- Mustard Greens - 1½ tablespoons
- Soy Sauce - 7 fl oz
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon

First, prepare the sauce: finely chop the garlic (2–3 heads). In one bowl, mix the mustard, soy sauce, garlic, and vinegar. You can add spices to taste (I sometimes add coriander), but do not add salt due to the soy sauce.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 428°F. If necessary, gut the chicken and place it on a baking sheet (to make it look more appetizing when baked, I tie its legs with skin). Pour the sauce over the chicken so that it covers all areas.
Step 3
Place the chicken in the oven for 40 minutes, then turn it over and return it to the oven for another 40 minutes.
