Baked chicken legs with mushrooms and zucchini
Ingredients
- Chicken bones - 5 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 8 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons
- Ketchup - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the chicken legs with salt and garlic, pressed through a garlic press, mix the ketchup with mayonnaise and coat the chicken legs.
Step 2
Place on a baking sheet, top with mushrooms, cut in half and slice, and cut the zucchini into rounds.
Step 3
Then place the zucchini on top of the mushrooms and brush with the remaining ketchup and mayonnaise sauce. Place in an oven preheated to 356°F for 1 hour.
Step 4
While everything is baking, boil the potatoes, but not until fully cooked, cool them and cut into wedges, then fry until golden brown, adding salt on top.
Step 5
Serve the chicken legs with potato wedges.
