Ingredients
- Duck wings - 8 pieces
- Walnuts - 3.5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Onion - 1 head
- Basil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Cream - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Sauté the prepared wings in vegetable oil with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Chop the onion and mushrooms and sauté them in vegetable oil.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 4
Place the fried wings in a baking dish. Sprinkle with raisins and chopped nuts. Top with the sautéed onion and mushrooms. Pour over the cream sauce. To make the sauce, heat the cream with butter, flour, and salt.
Step 5
Bake for about 30 minutes.
