Description
You can use any parts of the chicken for this dish, even a whole chicken. If you notice that a crust forms on top while the dish is still not cooked through, you can cover the top with a damp crumpled parchment paper. This will protect the top layer from burning and allow the bottom layer to cook through. You can also confidently replace the pineapple rings with pieces. Enjoy your meal!

- Chicken Thighs - 6 pieces
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Canned Pineapple Chunks - 1 can
- Spanish onions - 2 pieces
- Salt - 0.7 oz
- Chicken Seasoning - 2 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chicken, potatoes, onions, and pineapples.
Step 2
Peel and wash the potatoes and onions.
Step 3
Slice the potatoes into rounds no thicker than half a centimeter.
Step 4
Slice the onions into half-rings, also no thicker than half a centimeter.
Step 5
Lay the sliced potatoes in a random order at the bottom of the baking dish, ensuring the bottom is completely covered.

Season the potatoes with salt and sprinkle with chicken seasoning.
Step 7
Place the chicken thighs on top.
Step 8
Sauté the onions in a pan with a small amount of vegetable oil.

Spread the cooked onions over the chicken.
Step 10
Remove the pineapple rings from the can and layer them on top of the chicken, seasoning with salt and chicken seasoning, then pour the pineapple syrup over everything.

Next, spread sour cream over the dish.

Sprinkle chicken seasoning and a little salt on top of the sour cream, then place in the oven for 50-60 minutes at 356°F.
