Ingredients
- Fish - 3 lbs
- Marinated cherries - 17.6 oz
- Olive Oil - 6 tablespoons
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Oregano - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cleaned, gutted, rinsed, and dried dorado on a baking sheet, previously drizzled with olive oil.
Step 2
Add quartered cherry tomatoes, sliced garlic, salt, pepper, sprinkle with dried oregano, pour in water, and send to a preheated oven at 392°F for 50 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle the cooked fish with finely chopped parsley.
