Description

The beauty of this recipe is that you can change the ingredients by adding or removing some. For example, you can replace homemade cheese with Adyghe cheese or any similar type. If you want more cheese, you can add cottage cheese. If you don't like onions, you can skip them or simply replace them with bell peppers. The number of tomatoes can also be increased. As for spices, anything goes; if you don't have vegetable seasoning, you can use any other mild seasoning, and you can also add hot pepper. Dill can be replaced with parsley.
