Description
Baked Eye-Spotless Macrurus Steak with Vegetable Sauté
Ingredients
- Fillet of small-eyed hake - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 1 piece
- Courgette - ½ pieces
- Onion - ⅓ heads
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Thyme - 2 sprigs
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Brush the frozen steak with vegetable oil and place it in a baking dish. Put the fish in a preheated oven at 356°F for 12 minutes.
Step 2
Chop the vegetables into small cubes, season with salt, place them in a skillet, and cover with water (the water should fully submerge the vegetables). Then add butter and set the heat to high. Cook until all the water has evaporated. At the very end, add garlic to the skillet. By the time the vegetables are ready, the steak will be baked in the oven.
Step 3
Present the dish attractively: mix the cooked vegetables and arrange them on a plate. Top with the baked steak and garnish with fresh herbs.
