  • White fish - 14.1 oz
  • Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
  • Mayonnaise - 5.3 oz
  • Turnips - 2 pieces
  • Onion - 1 head
  • Salt - to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Take a deep dish with a lid in which you will serve the dish.

Step 2

Cut the fish into small pieces and place them at the bottom of the dish. On top, layer the sliced onions. Season this layer with salt and pepper to taste and spread mayonnaise on top.

Step 3

Slice the carrots and potatoes into thin half-rings, then layer them on top. Again, spread with mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4

Pour a little boiled water into the dish, which should not evaporate completely but turn into a very tasty broth. Cover the dish with a lid. Bake in the oven at 200-428°F for 40-50 minutes.

Step 5

Sprinkle the finished dish with herbs and serve hot.
