Description
For this dish, you can use any fish, preferably boneless or with very few bones. It can be served as a standalone dish or with any vegetable side. The amount of salt and spices should be adjusted to taste.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Blue Ling Fillet - 3 pieces
- Fish Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic - 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Dill - 3 sprigs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients, wash the fish, and remove any unwanted parts.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into half-rings.
Step 3
Slice the tomatoes into rounds and remove the stems.
Step 4
Spread the onion on the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 5
Place the washed and dried fish on top of the onions.
Step 6
Season the fish with fish seasoning.

Add salt.

Layer the tomato slices on top.

Sprinkle with ground garlic.

Drizzle with vegetable oil.

To prevent the dish from burning, add 0.5 cup of water to the baking dish.

Bake in the oven for 30–40 minutes at 356°F (depending on the oven).

Check the fish for doneness with a knife or fork.

When the dish is ready, tear the dill by hand and sprinkle it on top. The fish can be served with boiled potatoes or as a standalone dish.
