Description

Pine nuts can easily be replaced with cashews.

Ingredients

  • Halibut - 6 lbs
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Pistachios - 3.5 oz
  • Garlic - 5 cloves
  • Parsley - 1 bunch
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the halibut. Clean the white side and remove the skin from the dark side.

Step 2

Prepare the spread. Peel the avocado, mash the garlic, sauté and chop the nuts, and finely chop the parsley (without stems!!!), you can use a blender. Mix all ingredients with butter and salt (10 grams) using a fork.

Step 3

Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil, sprinkle with salt, place the fish skin side down, and sprinkle with salt. Cover the halibut with a thick layer of the spread without gaps. Bake in the oven at 356°F for 30 minutes.

Step 4

For serving, divide into portions with a spoon across the fish into long rectangles, serve with any type of potato.
