- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Lemon - 2 pieces
- Parsley - 3 sprigs
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste

Step 1
Slice the onion into thin half-rings, squeeze the juice from 1 lemon, and mix it with the onion.

Make shallow cuts in the skin of the fish.
