- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil - to taste
- Water - 1 cup
- Canned Mackerel in Oil - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Thaw the fish, wash it, clean it, and cut it.
Step 2
Mix the breadcrumbs, salt, and seasoning.
Step 3
Coat each piece of fish in this mixture and place it on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, in the shape of a fish.
Step 4
Add water and bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 25 minutes.
