- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Smoked Paprika - a pinch
- Egg yolks - 2 pieces
- Cinnamon - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into large slices, and boil them in salted water. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Step 2
Mash the potatoes, then mix in the cream, butter, and sour cream. Add the paprika, cinnamon, parsley, and garlic, then fold in the egg yolks.
Step 3
Transfer the mashed potatoes to a baking dish and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C (356 °F) for about 20 minutes.
