Ingredients

  • Veal Tenderloin - 7.1 oz
  • Salt - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 1 fl oz
  • Unleavened dough - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Cream - 3 fl oz
  • Butter - 1.4 oz
  • Dijon Mustard - 0.7 oz
  • Mustard Greens - 1.1 oz
  • Sugar - 0.2 oz
  • Chicken Broth - 1 fl oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Cut the meat into steaks, season with spices, and fry on all sides for 2 minutes each.

Step 2

Cut the dough to the thickness of the steak, wrap the meat, and brush with egg wash, then place in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.

Step 3

In a saucepan, combine cream, broth, and both types of mustard, bring to a boil, add spices and butter, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Place the cooked meat on a plate and drizzle with sauce.
