- Onion - 2 pieces
- Pork Mince - 17.6 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- French Baguette - 3.5 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Vegetable Oil - 2 spoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Knead the minced meat well with your hands.
Step 2
Remove the crusts from the bread slices and soak them in milk.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F.
Step 4
Once the bread has absorbed the milk, transfer it to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper, and add an egg. Knead the mixture, and if the consistency allows, add more milk.
Step 5
Finely chop the onion and mix it into the ground meat.
Step 6
Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Shape the patties and fry them on both sides until a nice golden crust forms (sealing them).
Step 7
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the patties on it. Bake in the oven until cooked through, about 20–30 minutes.
