Ingredients
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Mullet - 10.6 oz
- Mild Chili Spice - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Onion - 2 heads
- Orange Bell Peppers - 2 pieces
- Cilantro - 1 bunch
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes - 17.6 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Water - 17 fl oz
- Paprika - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
- Uchiko Suneli - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the mullet into 3–4 cm cubes.
Step 2
Peel the tomatoes, remove the skin, and cut into 3–4 cm cubes.
Step 3
Slice the onion into half rings and chop the herbs.
Step 4
Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop into cubes.
Step 5
Layer the mullet, potatoes, onion, chili, and tomatoes.
Step 6
Top with the chopped herbs.
Step 7
Add salt, pepper, water, and bring to readiness. Approximately 45 minutes.
