- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Fiber - 1 tablespoon
- Knorr Delikate Seasoning - a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
First, preheat the oven to 180–392°F.
Step 2
In a regular plastic bag, combine the washed vegetable mix, seasoning, and granulated garlic. Shake the bag well to evenly mix the vegetables with the seasonings.
Step 3
Then, place the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. To prevent the vegetables from drying out, you can add boiled water.
Step 4
While the vegetables are baking, prepare the egg mixture: beat the egg, add the milk and fiber, and beat again. Do not add salt, as the vegetables are already salted with the seasoning. Optionally, add ground pepper.
Step 5
Pour the heated vegetables with the milk and egg mixture and return them to the oven for 20–25 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the baking dish from the oven and cover it with a thick towel for 5 minutes.
