Description
With the advent of the multicooker, I started making the same dish in it. The 'Baking' mode takes about the same amount of time.
Ingredients
- Pangasius - 4 pieces
- Cream 22% - 7.1 oz
- Hard Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 4 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles - 3.5 oz
- Herbs - 1 bunch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Salt the thawed pangasius fillets (4 pieces — about 500 g) and fry them on medium heat for 5–7 minutes on each side under a covered lid.
Step 2
For the sauce, mix sour cream, cream, finely grated cheese, and herbs (I usually prepare it with parsley, dill, and green onions). It results in a fairly thick mixture. You can add minced garlic, black pepper, and basil to taste.
Step 3
Prepare the champignon mushrooms. You can sauté them in a pan for 5 minutes. Alternatively, after thawing in the microwave, I let the mushrooms cook there for 7–10 minutes.
Step 4
Thinly slice the tomatoes. For quantity: 4 small plum tomatoes are usually enough for me.
Step 5
In a deep dish, layer: pangasius fillets, one-third of the sauce, champignons, another third of the sauce, tomatoes, and the remaining sauce.
Step 6
Bake for 30 minutes at 356°F.
