- Milk - 25 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 1.8 oz

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 392°F and cook the pasta.

Grate the cheese.
Step 3
In a separate pot, add milk, butter, and flour. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place everything over medium heat and, stirring constantly, bring to a consistency similar to sour cream. Then, turn off the heat and add three-quarters of the cheese to the sauce.
Step 4
Mix the pasta with the cheese sauce and parsley. Transfer everything to a baking tray, sprinkle cheese on top, and place it in the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown.
