- Perch - 1 piece
- Potato - 1 piece
- Onion - ½ piece
- Mustard Greens - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Lemon - 1 piece

Gut, rinse, and dry the pike perch.

Place the remaining vegetables and lemon on top of the fish.
