Description
Baked Pink Salmon
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 0.7 oz
- Hot smoked pink salmon - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Passata Tomato Sauce - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Garlic - 1 clove
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the pink salmon steaks and the flour. You can take the steaks whole. Divide into 2 parts and remove all bones. Coat each piece of pink salmon in flour and fry in oil until lightly golden.
Step 2
Now let's make the sauce. Peel and slice the onion lengthwise, and do the same with the garlic clove. In a pan with oil, lightly sauté the onion and garlic. Add the tomato paste. It should be a liquid paste. If you don't have that, dilute 1 tablespoon of thick paste in 100–150 ml of water and add it to the pan. Also add salt, sugar, chopped tomatoes, a bit of ground pepper, and paprika. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
In a heatproof dish, place the fried pink salmon and pour the sauce over it. Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. You can also simmer it in a pot on the stove in the same way. The pink salmon turns out juicy and flavorful.
