- Hot smoked pink salmon - 2 lbs
- Onion - 1 head
- Vegetable Oil - 1 fl oz

Cut the fresh pink salmon into portion-sized pieces and place them in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Sprinkle the chopped onion, spices, and salt on top, then drizzle with vegetable oil.
Step 3
Cover the fish tightly with foil and place it in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15–20 minutes.
Step 4
Five minutes before it is done, remove the foil and increase the oven temperature to maximum.
