Baked Pollock
Ingredients
- Pollock fillet - 7.1 oz
- Tomatoes - 7.1 oz
- Marinated cherries - 1.8 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Melted Cheese - 1.8 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 3 tablespoons
- Basil - 1 sprig
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the tomatoes into small pieces and season with salt.
Step 2
Place them in a baking dish.
Step 3
Cut the fish into small cubes.
Step 4
Layer it on top of the tomatoes.
Step 5
In a deep bowl, combine the sour cream and season with black pepper.
Step 6
Add mayonnaise.
Step 7
Add the egg. Mix thoroughly.
Step 8
Place the basil leaves on top of the fish.
Step 9
Add the halved cherry tomatoes.
Step 10
Pour the resulting sauce over everything.
Step 11
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Step 12
Send it to a preheated oven at 356°F.
Step 13
After 30 minutes, the fish is ready. Let it cool slightly.
Step 14
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
