Ingredients
- Onion - 4 pieces
- Carrot - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 6 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil - 6 tablespoons
- 20% Sour Cream - 4 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Spices - to taste
- Navy Pollock - 2 lbs
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onions into half-rings and sauté in vegetable oil. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and sauté in vegetable oil. Layer on top of the onions.
Step 3
Cut the pollock fillet into large pieces, coat in flour, and fry on each side before placing on the carrots.
Step 4
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and spices, then spread over the pollock.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
