Description
Porgy is a red sea bream.
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Olive Oil - 10 tablespoons
- Bream - 4 pieces
- Fish Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes or simply wash them if they are young. Cut them into thin slices, about 0.5 centimeters thick. Arrange them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 3
Slice the onion into rings and scatter them over the potatoes.
Step 4
Gut the fish, trim the fins, and clean the scales. Rinse thoroughly. Place the fish on top of the potatoes and sprinkle with spices.
Step 5
Place a piece of lemon in the belly of each fish, as much as will fit.
Step 6
Cover everything with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
