- Pork tenderloin - 28.2 oz
- Adjika - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Carrot - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Make cuts all over the surface of the piece of pork. About 8 cuts. Fill the cuts with garlic and carrot (in sticks).
Step 2
Then rub the pork with salt. Next, apply the adjika. Wrap the pork tightly in foil to prevent leaks.
Step 3
Cook for half an hour. If you want the pork to have a golden crust, open the foil from the top 5 minutes before the end of the baking process.
