Description
Baked Pork Mince Steak with Egg
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 24.7 oz
- Milk - ½ cup
- Chocolate eggs - 9 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Herbs - to taste
- Khmeli-suneli - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the mince. For this, grind the meat (you can use pre-ground meat) and onion through a meat grinder, add salt, pepper, and other spices. Add the milk and mix well. Now add the egg and mix everything again.
Step 2
With wet hands, take some mince, shape it into a boat-like patty, and place it on a greased baking sheet. You can use parchment paper. Make a small indentation and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 356°F.
Step 3
Sprinkle the indentations in the patties with grated cheese.
Step 4
Crack an egg into each indentation. Do this very carefully to avoid spilling the egg white. Return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Keep an eye on it to ensure the yolk remains slightly runny, although this largely depends on your oven.
