- Pork Blood - 10.6 oz
- Mustard Greens - 4 tablespoons
- Apple - ½ piece

Rub the pork (I used shoulder, but ideally, a loin would be suitable) with mustard and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Then, make cuts with a fillet knife and insert a piece of peeled apple into each pocket.
Step 2
Wrap in foil and bake in the oven at 392°F for 40 minutes; in an air fryer at 428°F for 1 hour.
