Baked Pork with Bell Peppers
Ingredients
- Pork Blood - 2 lbs
- Cheese Spread - 7.1 oz
- Sweet Pepper - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Onion - 1 head
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Spices - to taste
- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Safflower Oil - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rinse the pork well and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Cut across with a sharp knife into steaks about 1 cm thick.
Step 3
Tenderize well on both sides.
Step 4
Line a baking tray with foil and lightly grease it with sunflower oil.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 6
Place the steaks on the baking tray with a little space between them.
Step 7
Season with any spices suitable for pork.
Step 8
Dice the onion into small cubes.

Melt the butter.
Step 10
Sauté the onion until golden brown.

Place the onion on top of the steaks.

Cut the bell pepper into thin strips.

Arrange the pepper on each piece of meat and drizzle a little mayonnaise on top.

Slice the tomatoes into rounds.

Place the tomatoes on the steaks and press down slightly. Put in a preheated oven at 392°F and bake for 30–40 minutes until cooked through.

Meanwhile, grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

5 minutes before it's done, sprinkle cheese on each piece and return to the oven until the cheese melts.
