Ingredients
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- Pork Blood - 28.2 oz
- Paprika - 2 tablespoons
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Wash the meat and dry it well with a cloth or paper towels.
Step 2
For the garlic, pierce each clove with a fork. Mix the paprika with salt and pepper. Rub this mixture onto the pork and seal it in a roasting bag or foil, placing it in a baking dish or on a baking sheet. Add the garlic around the pork.
Step 3
Place it in the oven and bake for an hour or more, depending on the weight of the meat and your oven. Once the meat is cooked, open the bag or foil and return it to the oven to brown the crust!
