Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 14.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Onion - 1 head
- Clarified Butter - 1 tablespoon
- Cream 22% - 3 fl oz
- Pickled Chanterelles - 5.3 oz
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Melted Cheese - 4.4 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and boil in salted water.
Step 3
Drain the water and mash the potatoes.
Step 4
Mix the mashed potatoes, flour, egg, salt, and pepper. Let the dough rest for 60 minutes.
Step 5
Roll the dough into a rope 3 cm thick.
Step 6
Cut into rounds and shape into dumplings using a fork.
Step 7
Boil in salted water for 7 minutes.

Clean and chop the mushrooms.

Chop the onion.
Step 10
Slice the tomatoes.

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Sauté the mushrooms with the onion in clarified butter, add salt, add cream, and heat through.
