  • Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
  • Gruyère cheese - 2.8 oz
  • Chives - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil - to taste
  • Ocean salt - to taste

Step 1

Rub the washed potatoes with olive oil and a little salt. Bake in the middle of the oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Step 2

Cut each potato in half and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Before serving, garnish with chives.
