Baked Potatoes with Corn and Chicken
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 7 pieces
- Chicken fillet - 3 pieces
- Onion - 1 head
- Canned Corn - 1 can
- Hard Cheese - 7.1 oz
- Mayonnaise - 14.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into rings and cut the fillet into very small rectangles. Layer everything in a baking dish (previously greased with olive oil).
Step 2
Add the corn. Pour 200 grams of mayonnaise over it.
Step 3
Slice the potatoes into rings. Layer them on top of the mayonnaise.
Step 4
Grate the cheese on top. Pour the remaining mayonnaise over it.
Step 5
Place in the oven and bake for 40 minutes at 392°F.
