Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes - 6 pieces
- Herbs - 1 bunch
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Olive Oil - 6 fl oz
- Coarse Salt - to taste
- Fresh Mint - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 15 pieces

Boil the whole potatoes in their skins for 10 minutes.
