- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Herring - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, slice them, and place them in a greased pot. Cover with a layer of cleaned and chopped herring. Finely chop the onion and spread it over the herring. Sprinkle with flour and drizzle with oil.
Step 2
Place on low heat and simmer covered until cooked through.
Step 3
Pour the mixture of beaten eggs with milk over the top, place in the oven, cover with a lid, and bake in the oven at 392°F.
