Ingredients
- Pumpkin - 8.8 oz
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Sugar - 0.2 oz
- Clarified Butter - 0.7 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - 0.5 oz
- Cake crumbs - 0 oz
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled and diced pumpkin in salted water, drain in a colander, transfer to a pot, add sugar, hot milk, ground cinnamon, and mix well.
Step 2
Place the prepared pumpkin on a greased baking sheet sprinkled with crushed breadcrumbs, level it, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top, drizzle with butter, and bake in the oven.
Step 3
Serve the baked pumpkin drizzled with clarified butter.
