  • Black Tomatoes - 1.8 oz
  • Corn Grits - 1 cup
  • Red Currant - 1 cup
  • Scallions - ½ bunch
  • Cilantro - ½ bunch
  • Lime - ½ piece
  • Salt - to taste
  • Avocado - 1 piece
  • Black Cumin (Cumin) - ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper - to taste
  • Olive Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Boil the black beans.

Step 2

Cut the pumpkin in half, brush with olive oil, and bake in the oven.

Step 3

Chop the green onion, cilantro, and cabbage, and squeeze the juice from the lime.

Step 4

Mash the avocado with a fork or blender and mix with lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin.

Step 5

Combine the beans, corn, cabbage, green onion, and cilantro, and season with salt and pepper.
