- Pumpkin - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 2.1 oz
- Dill - 0.4 oz
- Walnuts - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers - a pinch
- Garlic - 1 clove

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Wash the pumpkin thoroughly under running water and cut it into serving pieces.

Peel the pumpkin. Make shallow cuts on both sides of each piece.

Season the pumpkin pieces with salt and pepper to taste. Place them in a baking dish. If the pumpkin is not very juicy, add 2 tablespoons of water to the dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.

Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl.

Wash the dill, remove any excess, chop finely, and add it to the bowl with the cottage cheese.

Peel the garlic, press it through a garlic press, and add it to the bowl with the cottage cheese, seasoning with salt to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.

Shell the walnuts.

Remove the baked pumpkin from the oven. Top each piece of pumpkin with the prepared cottage cheese and walnuts, and return to the preheated oven at 356°F for another 7-10 minutes.

Serve the finished dish hot, warm, or cold.
