- Butter - 1.8 oz
- Apple - 7.1 oz
- Water - 13 fl oz
- Walnuts - to taste
- Raisins - 1.8 oz
- Dried Apricots - 1.8 oz
- Honey - to taste

Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small cubes or strips, and place it in a baking dish. Rinse the rice, drain the water, and also place it in the dish.

Wash the raisins well and place them in the baking dish.
Step 4
Wash the dried apricots well, cut them into strips, and place them in the baking dish.

Wash the apples under running water, cut them in half, and remove the core.
Step 6
Cut the apples into small cubes.
Step 7
Place the prepared apples in the baking dish.

Pour 400 ml of water into the dish.

Cover the dish with a lid or foil and place it in the oven.

Bake the pumpkin with rice in a preheated oven at 347°F for about 40 minutes. Serve hot, warm, or cold. Optionally, you can add walnuts and honey to taste.
