- Pumpkin - 4 lbs
- Fresh Rose Hips - 1 bunch
- Ocean salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Take a large pumpkin, either whole or in part. Wash it and remove the seeds. Then cut it into large wedges, leaving the skin on. The width of the wedges should be 2–3 cm.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the pumpkin on it. Season with salt and pepper, and add sprigs of rosemary. Bake in the oven for 20–25 minutes.
