- Salad Potatoes - 2 lbs
- Oyster Mushrooms - 7.1 oz
- Garlic - 5 cloves
- 10% cream - 13 fl oz
- Rabbit - 1 piece
- Leek - 1 stalk
- Spices - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the rabbit into small pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into 2–4 parts depending on their size.
Step 3
Break the oyster mushrooms into small branches.
Step 4
Coat the pieces of rabbit with spices, place them in a large dish, add the potatoes, oyster mushrooms, chopped garlic, and pour over the cream. Bake in the oven for 40–60 minutes at 356°F.
Step 5
Remove the finished dish and sprinkle with thinly sliced rings of leek.
