Ingredients
- Lemon - ½ piece
- Mullet - 2 lbs
- Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
- Butter - 2.8 oz
- Salt - to taste

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Rub the inside cavity of the fish with salt. Make two cuts with a sharp knife — one on each side of the fish — and insert lemon wedges into them. Pour oil into a baking dish and place the fish in a single layer. Lightly season the fish with salt, drizzle with lemon juice, and place pieces of butter on top.
Step 2
Bake for 15 minutes until cooked through (the flesh should flake easily).
